Simply Workspace began as the idea of business consultant, David Woodings, who has worked in the property industry for over 17 years spending the last 10 years in the commercial property sector. David had seen the industry from the point of view of a Business Centre Operator and is using his experience to ensure that we offer tenants and landlords the best possible service. David approached a South Coast web development agency run by Andy Jacobs who has been in the web design industry since the very start. His company, Insight Creative based in Portsmouth, specialises in building highly functional and search engine friendly web sites for companies of all sizes. Together they run Simply Workspace which is aimed at helping companies find the right workspace for their business. Why are we different? What we do is receive the enquiries personally. We'll speak to the person making the enquiry and discuss their requirements in detail before contacting the appropriate landlord on their behalf to organise a viewing. This ensures that the Business Centre/Landlord only receive qualified leads, and that the end user is only sent to viewings that will truly meet their needs. Generally speaking the one thing that these all have in common is the simplicity of the terms for the tenant. They are all done on a short contract which in some cases means that your commitment can be as little as 1 month. If you need to move, whether it's to downsize or expand or relocate, then you just give 1 month's notice and you're free to go.... What's included in your rental fee will vary but it can be anything from an empty office that you move into with your own phones, furniture and infrastructure through to a facility where you could walk in the door, sit at a desk with a phone and a computer and start working immediately. The prices for these vary enormously and this is where we help. We'll ask you the right questions to find you something that will fit. For example, if you're planning on growing quickly then a serviced office where you pay per desk might not be as attractive as an office where you pay a fixed fee and could squeeze a couple of extra people into an office if you needed to. The point is that you should be free to concentrate on starting and building your business while we concentrate on the premises that you'll do it from. And remember, you don't pay us a penny and your rent won't be any different from what you would pay if you went directly to the operator.
