Here at Simply Workspace we're always looking at ways to develop relationships with companies where we can both benefit.

We've now launched the Simply Workspace Affiliate Scheme which allows individuals and companies to link to our site and benefit from any placements that we make.

Who will this suit?

• Commercial Agents who want to generate revenues from flexible office space rather than traditional leased office space
• Accountants
• Franchise Companies
• Local small business advisors with the banks
• Solicitors
• Other business centres and serviced office operators that can't place someone due to lack of space or facilities
• Anyone else who comes into regular contact with small businesses in their day to day activities who might want extra income for just passing a client over to us

What you get in return

The first thing you get is the confidence that your contact will be treated professionally and with respect.  We'll contact them, find out their requirements and arrange viewings for them based on what they tell us.  Where practical and wanted, we'll even accompany people to viewings.

On top of this, we also pay a market leading 15% commission on referrals that lead to business.

Total Transparency

Once you start passing referrals, we'll set you up with your own secure area on the website where you'll be able to login and see updates about any referrals that you pass.  Everything will be transparent and you'll be kept updated at every stage.  Once a deal is done, you'll be able to see any commission due on that deal and we'll mark it once we've been paid so that you'll know when to expect payment.

Terms

To keep things as simple as possible, we'll keep the terms to a few important points:

• We pay 15% of our fee as a commission to any organisation who passes us a contact who moves into premises using Simply Workspace as a broker
• The fee that you receive is based on the conditions of the rental agreement signed between the landlord and the tenant
• A referral will be acknowledged (accepted if not previously aware, or rejected if already received via another souce) within 1 hour during normal working hours, otherwise as soon as possible
• You will be kept fully informed of what is happening i.e. viewings arranged etc
• We will pay referrers no more than 30 days after the landlord pays us
• If a referral is accepted then we will confirm this within an hour of receiving it. On occasions, tenants may have contacted the landlord directly or another broker.  In these cases, we have our referral rejected by the landlord and in these cases won't be able to accept yours.
